Beware of imitations, even if they are sold under a different brand from our brands LOVE TO DREAM™ or LOVE TO SWADDLE UP™.

Love To Dream™ has recently successfully stopped and received monetary compensation from two Australian traders MIZZLE Pty Ltd (Tasmania) and Yoheved Edri trading as BONDI BOOTI (Sydney) from selling swaddle products on the basis that they infringe Love To Dream's registered patent rights. These products were sold under their own brands MIZZLE and BONDI BOOTI.

WARNING -Love To Dream™ will take legal action against ANY trader who infringes Love To Dream™ patents, trade marks, titles/names or copyrighted text and photos. As part of the enforcement strategy, Love To Dream™ seeks a range of remedies including undertakings, delivery up / destruction of infringing stock and an account of profits or damages.
