LOVE TO DREAM™: Definitions in these "Conditions of Sale" shall have the following meanings: The "Customer/s" means the person/s, firm or company from whom the order was received or its legal assigns or successors.
The "products and/or goods" means those items specified in the order accepted by LOVE TO DREAM™
These "Conditions of Sale" apply to all sales by LOVE TO DREAM™ to its Customers unless they are specifically varied in writing by LOVE TO DREAM™

These conditions cannot be construed to apply to purchases made from LOVE TO DREAM™

TERMS OF PAYMENT - Payment is via secure Paypal payment through our website, No shipments of product to the customer is made until all payments are processed and finalised.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS – Where LOVE TO DREAM™ agree at the Customer’s request to cancel an order prior to delivering the goods to the Customer, LOVE TO DREAM™reserves the right to charge for all costs incurred prior to the cancellation and to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the price of the goods to cover overheads associated with the order.

RETURNS – LOVE TO DREAM™ will only accept product returns where the goods are deemed by Love to Dream™ to be of a faulty nature. We do not accept returns for orders placed for incorrect sizes, colours or if you change your mind.

If you find a fault in one of our products upon opening the packaging, please contact our Customer Service team via email – sales@lovetodream.com.au and we will arrange a replacement product for you at nil charge.

If requested, approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging – Love to Dream™ will bear any relevant shipping/postage charges associated with faulty product returns.

PRICES - Unless otherwise expressly stated by LOVE TO DREAM™ in writing, all goods will be charged at prices ruling on the date the purchase order is accepted and are subject to Goods and Services Tax.

QUANTITIES - All quotes and pricing have been based on quantities specified on the order. Changes to quantities will be subject to further negotiation.

CHARGES - In addition to the purchase price, all delivery charges, sales tax, GST, extra packaging charges and Government taxes, if any, shall be payable by the Customer.

DELIVERY - Deliveries may be suspended by LOVE TO DREAM™ in the event of any strike, lockout, trade dispute, fire, tempest, breakdown, riot, theft, crime, civil disturbance, war or legislation. The inability of LOVE TO DREAM™ to procure goods due to any of the foregoing causes or any other occurrences preventing or retarding performance of the contract of delivery of goods - no responsibility shall be attached to LOVE TO DREAM™ for any delay, default, loss or damage due to any of the above causes, or to any cause beyond the control of LOVE TO DREAM™

FREIGHT - LOVE TO DREAM™ uses couriers and or Australia Post to deliver all goods, depending on the geographic location of the customer. All orders incur a $9.95 Australia Post regular freight charge.

DISPATCH – Orders are dispatched 24 hours from receipt of order on weekdays only. Orders received on Friday afternoon will be sent on Monday afternoon.

RISK - The responsibility for loss or damage of goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer.

INDEMNITY - Without prejudice to any other rights LOVE TO DREAM™ may have, the Customer shall indemnify LOVE TO DREAM™ for any injury, disability, death, loss, damage or expense incurred should the Customer cancel any order or breach any term hereof. The Customer shall indemnify LOVE TO DREAM™ for any injury, disability, death, loss, damage or expense incurred should the Customer or anyone else using LOVE TO DREAM™ products or taking heed of any advice provided by LOVE TO DREAM™.
